The project's vision is to make IP—from music and art to patents and datasets—programmable, turning it into interoperable "LEGO blocks" (Story). This creates a transparent framework where creators can register work, set licensing terms, and automatically receive attribution and payments, fostering a new ecosystem for collaborative creation and AI development.

2. Technology & Architecture

The foundation is the Story Network, a dedicated Layer 1 blockchain. It is 100% EVM-compatible and incorporates elements from the Cosmos SDK, but with deep, IP-specific optimizations (CoinW Research). Its architecture uses precompiled primitives for efficient traversal of IP relationship graphs. The core application layer is the Proof of Creativity Protocol, which allows any creative work to be registered as an on-chain "IP Asset" with programmable metadata, licensing, and royalty modules built in.
